The storie of Alberto
I am Alberto García, third generation of a Spanish family of bakers. Decades ago, my grandparents Natalio and Concepción invested their savings in opening a bakery, for which my grandfather trained as a pastry chef in Mallorca. There, in the 1970s, the idea of our first bakery was born. Later, my father José turned it into one of the most recognized bakeries in Spain.
Half a century later, I have crossed the ocean to fulfill another dream: bringing CalaMillor to America, leaving behind my homeland and roots to start a new adventure and share it with those who wish to join me. Welcome to CalaMillor! You are at home here. Enjoy it!

We are a renowned Spanish artisanal bakery, known for crafting fresh, daily baked pastries and our signature Mallorca “ensaimadas.”
Alongside our pastries, we offer a variety of classic Spanish desserts and a market stocked with high-quality goods made in Spain, such as olive oils, cheeses, and cured meats. CalaMillor is also a full-service gourmet restaurant, serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner with carefully selected, premium ingredients.
